Another Sad Story of a weak Developer Who is giving the High/Mid rise Market a Black Eye

I have always said it is extremely important to make sure your represented properly when purchasing a High/Mid rise condo here in Las Vegas for many reasons. First of all you want to make sure if you are buying in Pre Construction that the development is properly funded and the project is actually going to be built. The main thing that needs to be understood is that people have to have an open line of communication with their representation in order to avoid these types of problems because i feel that it is the Realtors responsibility to make sure they have put their client into contact with a strong project. Today i am on my way to one of the city's strongest and most extravagant High rise developments City Center to see whats new and exciting with this project so be on the look out for my post later today or tomorrow. Thanks for reading.
