Despite all the noise about Boyd Gaming's Echelon resort halting construction there is still plenty of things happening on the world's favorite BLVD. Minus Echelon, Las Vegas Strip construction still remains to thrive and continues to grow like we have never seen before. Check out some of the developments under construction now here in Las Vegas that are offering residential Luxury High Rise Condominiums. The video was taken a few days back but things still are moving right along to many completion dates in 2009.
