You better believe it, were are almost at the half way point in July and things are heating up here in Las Vegas. I did some home work today & found that there have been 12 Las Vegas Luxury high Rise Condos sold with in the last 30 days. Not bad right, it's not to warm, wait theres more, there have been 30 contingent offers placed with in the last 30 days. WOW, now lets say the perfect scenario plays out & all the offers close with in the next 30 days, this would mean that the demand & interest for these style property's would have more than doubled. Things are defiantly heating up & not just in the High Rise Condo market but in every Real Estate sector in Las Vegas. One of the most popular developments has been The Signature At MGM which has 13 of the 30 contingent offers spread out through it's 3 towers.
Every thing that I see happening in Las Vegas as far as the Real Estate Markets go for the last few months is extremely positive & progressive. We are seeing things beginning to pick back up in all the right ways which when translated into it's simplest form means growth. I know some of your eyes must have bugged out of your heads when you read the word GROWTH, considering how intensely the main stream media has taken a few irrelevant things and blasted them all over the world. I have reported on signs of growth with in the High Rise Condo market since the very beginning and thats not self promotion, just check my blog archive and you'll see for your selves.
